Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) works with the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) to create the New Jersey Clean Energy Program, providing financing for qualifying HVAC upgrades. Enjoy 0% financing with affordable monthly payments through this accessible program.
